Make my way to tanjong pagar for my fav. dessert- annie peanut ice kacang.vivian told me that they are closing for reno. this sat. in order not to get disappointed, i head down the very next day. wanted to get those famous muffins as well...you know? those selling at $1-$1.30 at tanjong pagar plaza? anyway, its sold out..so sad
Back to the ice kacang.
"hi auntie, 1 ice kacang pls"
a: " ee...your sis came yesterday leh.."
"ya..she told me you'll are closing down for reno."
a: "em..friday last day..(busy preparing my ice-kacang).."
then out came my ice kacang...so nice with only my fav. red bean and peanuts.. (its good enough al)
"thanks, auntie..erm.. btw, will you still be here selling after the reno.?" (say YES pls)
a:" smiles... yes"
i was hopping with joy. . .
those who have not tried it... you all have not tasted the real thing yet.. WAKE UP!
