Happy "Niu" Year! Just before our reunion dinner, me and my girl hit out long-waited Soba Jap. restuarant to try out their healthy, hand-made, authentic soba!!
We always look through the open kitchen where the chef skill-fully knead and roll the dough and i thought it looks good. True enough, it was Yummy-licious! nice and its not too starchy unlike some which also makes your soup base a bit 'starchy'! good one, im glad we tried it out! next up, we are going to Ioki soon.
