Easy A(dultery)

Yet another fab treat from omy.sg
What's better to end a restless tuesday work day?
MOVIE!!
EASY A- Directed by Will Gluck, Starring Emma Stone
I had to say that I'm actually attracted to the movie poster even before I submitted my entry.
Typical teenage (like most of us before) would love to get the attention in college instead of just being a nobody.
So Olive tries to outstand the rest by spreading rumour that she's no longer a virgin after a 'date' with a college guy. (well, in actual fact, she was all alone that night listening to pocketful of sunshine- Natasha.B)
She told her BFF and tried to hold back when the rumour really started by a college girl when
she overheard the entire 'exciting' story.
So she plays double. Rumours like she slept with different guys, get paid....
But in actual fact, she's aint doing things like that at all.

Would recommend this movie for weekday stress reliever.
Go catch it. I had a good laugh and thought the art direction for this movie was pretty unique.

Thanks for the treat and certainly looking forward to more movie events like this.

a serious post dated: Oct to Nov

J has been buggin' me that my blog is not updated and she got nothing to read.
Seriously, i'be trying to blog since i came back from HK. But time time... no time since the F11 Asia meeting needs to get started soon.
And finally, today (7th Nov) i can peacefully sit down and write a decent post.
The workshop just ended and i was exhausted from the entire event. Very hectic and tiring. People managing is not easy at all. I'm glad that im not in HR.
Here's a quick overview of what i did/eat in HK... very quickly..
Day01: Authentic HK Milk Tea to start the day we landed.

Dinner at Tao Xiang- steamboat. A must try. Go after 9pm for prices at 50% off.

ingredients were fresh, soup base was fantastic
so happy to finally start eating.

Day 02: Early HK styled breakie. Mine, was it a breakiie or lunch. We were greeting with FOOD!!
I did NOT finished everything. Only the bread, egg and luncheon meat came gobbling into my mouth.
My stomach was damn upset for the first few days. I was in pain.. ( in this photo) but still,
got to be photographed in glam state.
posted in fb. this is my fav drink in HK. still.
Day 03: Took the bus to Tuen Mun for bff's wedding and preparation.
Tuen Mun's estate.
Day 04: Local dim sum somewhere near cityhall.

initial at LKF.
Day 05: Early lunch at local resturant. Shared portion with bff.
Juicy and appetising.
my fav must-visit store whenever i go HK. Now they have a website which gets me very excited.
Day 06: Retail therapy @ L.C, High tea at Four Seasons

Day 07: Massage at Shenzhen, Mac at S.Z and shopping at J.N.B.Y,
Neighborhood, A.P.C
Day 08: Hit my fav A.B cafe for some nibbles. Their chocolates are nice--

Day 09: Tasted the KFC there and was much nicer and tasty then SG. Think i can migrate and live in HK already.
Day 10: Finally indulge to mine ji dan zai. close to the waffle we had in SG but this was therapuetic. i love to bite those round parts, bit by bit.
Once again, i love HK and would like to travel there every year!
